All products and services offered by Qudoo Edtech Pvt Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as "We/we" or "Us/us", “Qudoo” or "Qudoo" or "Our/our"), including but not limited to the website: Qudoo’s domain and the mobile app under the brand name “Qudoo” includes offerings on the Platform which can be used to play educational quiz games (referred to as the Services), are subject to these terms of service (ToS or Terms). These Terms should be read You carefully and in its entirety prior to your use of the App or the Services. These Terms shall be read alongside the Privacy Policy and such other policies published by Us and accessible on the Platform.A reference to You, User, or Your shall mean you, the user of the Platform.
By accessing or using the Services, you consent to abide by and be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other policy formulated by us, as updated or modified from time to time in accordance with the provisions below and therein. If you do not wish to adhere to our Terms or any of our future changes or modifications to our Terms, you may choose to cease the use of our Services and any and all features of our Services. Your continued use of the Services shall constitute your agreement to our new Terms and it will be assumed that you have read our updated/modified Terms and you have agreed to the changes made to the Terms, and you undertake to abide by the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately upon the publication of the modification(s) on the Platform. You agree to periodically review the updated Terms as may be published on the Platform. If a revision is material, we may provide an intimation by sending you an email at your email address or mobile number registered with us 30 days prior to the updated Terms taking effect. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a material change at our sole discretion. An intimation of updates to the Terms shall not absolve you of your responsibility to update yourself of any changes to our Terms by reviewing the Terms frequently.
You may note that if any term laid down in these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, or is determined to be invalid or voidable or void for any grounds by either a judicial or quasi-judicial body in India, it will not by any means affect the enforceability and validity of any other terms in these Terms.
Qudoo offers different types of quizzes and battles, which users can participate in based on their interests and preferences. However, it is important to note that the Qoins or points earned by the users while playing these quizzes are based on certain fixed rules, which are outlined in the 'Rules' section of the app. It is therefore advisable for users to carefully read and understand these rules before starting any quiz or game to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience.
In addition, the credits awarded for each battle may differ based on certain conditions such as the number of correct answers, time taken to mark the correct answer, and winning streaks. Based on a player's performance, their position on the leaderboard may go up or down with every match, and these changes happen on the basis of fixed rules which are outlined in the 'Rules' section of the app. Therefore, users are encouraged to refer to this section before starting any quiz or gameto ensure a fair and enjoyable experience
To be eligible to use our services you must be a resident of India and at least 18 years of age as per the laws of the Republic of India, in order to form a binding contract with us. In case you are not of the age of majority, then you must have the permission of your lawful guardian to use and access or make purchases on the App.
If you allow or assist anyone who is below 18 years of age to access our Platform on your computer or internet-enabled gadgets, internet connection, and/or accessibility (either borrowed or owned or leased), you will solely be responsible for your act and accept complete liability for any outcome thereof, including any adverse consequences.
Neither Qudoo, nor any other third-party content/service provider, nor their related agents shall be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect, incidental or consequential injuries or damages that may arise as a result of the use of or inability to use our Platform by the user, regardless of instances when such party or agent has been warned of or advised against the possibility of similar injuries or damages.
We reserve the right to demand proof of your age at any moment to check and verify that no minor is using our Services. We also have the right to ban any person from transacting if the person provides false proof of age or is under suspicion of being underage.
To use our Platform or avail of our Services (for example, participating in quizzes and contests), you are required to register & create an account with us on our Platform using a strong password. When setting up and maintaining your account, you must provide and continue to provide current, accurate, and complete information about yourself. As part of the registration process, you will create a password and an account.
For security purposes, you may be required to verify the authenticity of the information you provide at the time of creating an account or any time after that. If you fail to provide the proof and documents requested, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. Please note that we are not obligated to cross-check or verify your information and hence we do not take any responsibility for any consequences or outcomes that may result from your providing false, incorrect, incomplete, concealed, misleading or irrelevant information.Therefore, you are required to provide us with complete and authentic information to the best of your knowledge to avail of our Services. Also, you should not be a politically exposed person or convicted of any crime. You should not be on the UN sanction list/ work for the UN sanction list.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including, without limitation, all actions by sub-users registered under your account. You agree to (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss, damage, or other liability arising from your failure to comply with this Section or from any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
Before you addQoins to your wallet on the Platform, you must acknowledge the legality in the jurisdiction from where you are trying to transact. You are prohibited from transacting on Qudoo if you are not legally competent to perform transactions in Indian Rupees through banking channels in India. Any violation of this policy will be considered a breach of our Terms and as a result, your account will be locked immediately and you will not be entitled to receive any prizes from or refunds for any such transactions that you might have made on our Platform.
Accessing the Platform from outside India by using IP or GPS masking software programs such as Fake GPS, GPS Spoofer, etc. is a breach of Qudoo's Terms. Such breach of our Terms shall result in you getting permanently blocked and the deletion of your account with forfeiture of all the balance in your account. Furthermore, using our Services, creating an account, or transacting from outside India by using IP or GPS masking software programs such as Fake GPS, GPS Spoofer, etc. is also a violation of applicable laws, and you shall be solely liable to any penalties and/or penal action under the applicable laws.
All transactions on our Platform shall be in Indian rupees. Once you register with us, we maintain a user account for you to keep a record of all your transactions with us. Payments connected with your use of the Service have to be made through your account.
When making a payment, please ensure that the instrument used to make the payment is your own and is used to add Qoins balance to your user account only. Subject to the Add Qoins limits (limits on users adding Qoins to their accounts) specified by us from time to time, you are free to deposit Qoins into your account. We want you to transact responsibly on our Platform. Your ability to add Qoins to your user account shall be subject to the daily and monthly Add Qoins limits set by default, which we can reset with undertakings, indemnity, waiver, and verification conditions as we deem appropriate in our solediscretion.You cannot withdraw Qoins from your Qudoo wallet and are only entitled to redeem Qoins, win vouchers, merchandise, and other rewards, as per contest or quiz rules.
Payments made via credit card, debit card, prepaid cash card, UPI, and internet banking are processed by third-party payment gateways. Similarly, payments made via other payment modes also require authorization by the intermediary that processes the payments. We are not responsible for any delays or denials/rejections at such third parties'/intermediaries' end, and the processing of payments shall be subject to such third parties'/intermediaries' terms, policies, and procedures solely, and we shall not in any way be responsible for that. If you face any issues while adding Qoins to your account, you can reach out to us using the “Contact Us” feature available on our App/website. You agree that in the event of your credit being delayed or eventually declined for reasons beyond our control, we may not be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever. Once a payment/transaction is authorized, the Qoins balance is credited to your user account and is available to you to transact/play quizzes on our Platform.
We have the right to cancel a transaction at any point in time solely at our discretion, in which case if the payment is successfully made, the transaction will be reversed and the money will be credited back to your payment instrument.
Qudoo makes no guarantees about the veracity of the information that other Subscribers may post about themselves either publicly or via private messages. Qudoo is not responsible for any claims arising from interpersonal interactions that you may have with other people as a result of meeting them on Qudoo.
Qudoo has absolutely no control or say in the interpersonal relationships that players form with one another. Sharing personal information with anyone, at any time, on any website, is a personal decision that lies entirely with the participants, and carries with it obvious risks.
After you have registered on our Platform, it is your sole responsibility to make sure that you do not disclose your passwords to anybody, be it your friends, family members, third party, or anybody whosoever. Please create a strong password of a minimum of 8 characters including capital letters, digits, and special characters so that nobody can crack that. We shall not in any way be responsible if your user account is logged in to or accessed by anybody else by using your password. The restrictions defined for creating a strong password will apply only to passwords created on Qudoo. These restrictions won't apply to passwords created on social platforms (including but not limited to Facebook and Google) and their subsequent usage for login on Qudoo.
It is possible that you sometimes face disruptions including, but not limited to, errors, disconnection, or interruptions in communication because of issues in the internet services, software, or hardware that you are using to avail our Services.
Qudoo shall not in any way be liable for any network disconnection on your computer, mobile, or device caused by any fault or error at your end and shall not compensate you for any losses arising from such disconnection. In case of any disruption of service at Qudoo's end while a transaction is in progress, as determined by and solely at the discretion of Qudoo, Qudoo shall cancel the transaction and refund regardless of the status of the transaction.
While doing a transaction, you take full responsibility for the risk of internet disconnection or interruption of communication between your computer/mobile/device and Qudoo's servers, any lag in or freezing of the app or software, or any other problems attributable to your computer/mobile/device or network.
We shall not be responsible for any disconnection of your computer, mobile, or device from Qudoo's server, except in the case of a crash of Qudoo's server.
Qudoo is committed to providing updated, accurate, complete, and reliable information by publishing it on the Platform. However, it is to be noted that we do not represent the suitability of the information published in documents or any other information that is updated on our Platform. Therefore, all the information and related graphics and images are to be considered “as is” without any warranty whatsoever expressed or implied by us. We hereby solemnly disclaim and discard all warranties about this information as well as all implied warranties and conditions of our merchantability, title and non-infringement, appropriateness to any particular purpose, and accuracy of our site, software, and app. We do not give any warranty that the servers of our platform will run error-free, and uninterrupted, or that they will not get affected by bugs, defects, or viruses of any kind. Hence, we reserve the right to determine at our sole discretion whether any issue at our end is responsible for any error or disruption, or malfunction.
We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, modify, remove, or add to the Service or limit your access or use of the Platform, in our absolute discretion with immediate effect and without an obligation to provide you with notice where we consider it necessary to do so, including (for example) where we receive information that you have entered into any unfair practices with or without other users or where we deem it necessary for the management, maintenance or update of the Platform and we shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss suffered as a consequence of any decision made by Qudoo in this regard.
All the online content, materials, and information on our Platform (collectively referred to as Content) are secured by intellectual property rights. The Content includes a wide range of online items like images, designs, multimedia clips, graphics, logos, information, text content, animation, marks, hyperlinks, and pictures. The Content, whether or not belonging to us, is thus protected and secured by applicable intellectual property rights. In addition, we are free to record and use, in any manner whatsoever, all chat content, images, emails, and recommendations sent by any member or user of our Platform, as they form a part of the Content of Qudoo.
Please note that our Platform may contain information about third parties and may have hyperlinks to them. We are not responsible in any way for the implied or explicit warranty of the quality, integrity, or accuracy of the content that belongs to third-party websites. You may rely on the third-party content posted on the Platform solely at your own discretion, risk, and liability. When you visit such content, you will be subject to applicable terms and conditions. We hereby declare that we do not control and are not responsible for any content belonging to third-party websites, as the hyperlinks given do not mean endorsement of the websites or website pages linked to by us.
Qudoo is the sole holder of all rights, the Platform, or any Services offered by us, including copyright, trade secrets, intellectual property, and other rights. You may not, within the limits prescribed by applicable laws:
i) Copy, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, disassemble, modify, or translate, the Platform or any Services (collectively the Qudoo IP) or make any attempt to access the source code to create derivatives of the source code of the Qudoo IP, or otherwise;
Make the Qudoo IP available to any third party through a computer network or otherwise;
Export Qudoo to any country (whether by physical or electronic means); or,
Use the Qudoo in a manner prohibited by applicable laws or regulations, (each of the above is an Unauthorized Use).
We reserve any and all rights implied or otherwise, which are not expressly granted to the sser hereunder and retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Qudoo IP.
You agree that you will be solely liable for any damage, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the commission by you of any Unauthorized Use. You shall notify Qudoo immediately upon becoming aware of the commission by any person of any Unauthorized Use and shall provide Qudoo IP with reasonable assistance with any investigations it conducts in light of the information provided by you in this respect.
In the event of Unauthorized Use detected, the correct course of action will be taken including, but not limited to, account cancellation by Qudoo.
You must not attempt to manipulate, decode, modify, disassemble, decompile, reverse, or re-engineer our software in any manner. Please note that the use of bots or automatic play is prohibited. Any attempt to use artificial intelligence that includes, but is not limited to, robots, in connection with our software is strictly forbidden. All the actions that you perform on or in connection with our Platform must be executed by you only through the user interface that is accessible on our Platform.
You are prohibited from conducting any activity on the Platform that may be construed as an unlawful activity, including money laundering, spamming, etc. Collusion, in relation to buying, selling, or by any other methods is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to consider any collusion or attempt at collusion between users as a material breach of these Terms and accordingly Qudoo shall have the right to terminate a user's account if a user engages or attempts to engage in any such activity, regardless of the outcome of such attempt.
Your registration on the Platform is personal and restricted to a single user account, which will be used by you to avail yourself of the Services provided. You are prohibited from creating or using multiple user IDs for transacting on the Platform or using our Services.
You may not use our Platform to upload, distribute, transmit, publish, or post any content, including creating a username/password, that (a) is libelous, defamatory, obscene, intimidating, invasive of privacy, abusive, illegal, harassing; (b) contains expressions of hatred, expressions hurting religious sentiments, or expressions related to racial discrimination or pornography; (c) is in any way objectionable or undesirable (whether or not unlawful); (d) is or can be construed as an incitement to commit a criminal offense; (e) violates the rights of any person; (f) is aimed at soliciting donations or other forms of help; (g) violates the intellectual property of any person and/or any legally formed entity; (h) disparage in any manner Qudoo or any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, associates, partners, sponsors, products, services, or websites; (i) promotes a competing service or product or any other service or product; (j) violates any applicable laws.
In the event that we determine that the screen name chosen and created by you is indecent, objectionable, offensive, or undesirable in any way, we shall notify you about it and you shall promptly provide us with an alternate username so that we can change your existing username to the new name provided by you. If you fail to provide an alternate username, we reserve the right to either permanently suspend your user account or reactivate your user account only after you have provided a different, acceptable username.
You shall not host, intercept, emulate, or redirect proprietary communication protocols, if any, used by the Platform, regardless of the method used, including protocol emulation, or reverse engineering, nor modify the Platform or any files that are part of the Platform. You shall not frame the Platform. You may not post or upload editorial comments, commercial material, or any information on the Platform, alter or modify the content posted on the Platform, or remove, obliterate, or obstruct any proprietary notices or labels.
You shall not use the Services on the Platform for any commercial purposes including, but not limited to, use in a cyber cafe as a computer gaming center, network play over the internet or through gaming networks, or a connection to an unauthorized server that copies the experience from the Platform.
You shall not upload, distribute or publish through the Platform any content that may contain viruses or computer contaminants (as defined in the Information Technology Act 2000 or such other laws in force in India at the relevant time) which may interrupt, destroy, limit the functionality of or disrupt any software, hardware or other equipment belonging to us or that aids in providing the Services. You shall not disseminate or upload viruses, programs, or software to the Platform whether it is harmful to the Platform or not. Additionally, you shall not impersonate another person or user and not attempt to get another user's password, account information, or any private information, nor harvest their email addresses or any other information.
You shall not purchase, sell, rent, lease, license, grant a security interest in, or transfer your user account, content, currency, or any other attributes appearing in, originating from, or associated with the Platform.
Any form of suspicious or unauthorized activity, including attempting to use or using any other person's credit card(s), debit cards, net-banking usernames, passwords, authorization codes, prepaid Real Money cards, and mobile phones for recharging your user account, is strictly prohibited.
Accessing or attempting to access our Services through someone else's user account is strictly prohibited.
Winnings, rewards, bonuses, and prizes are unique to the users and are non-transferable. In the event you attempt to transfer any winnings, bonuses, rewards, or prizes, the benefits of the same shall be forfeited.
Qudoo's officers, directors, employees, consultants, and agents, as well as the relatives of such persons (Associated Persons), have no access to the site's systems, databases, server-side operations, and RNGs, and have no information that makes any manipulation possible, and they have no special access other than what is available to any user of the Platform. They are prohibited from transacting, directly or indirectly, other than any specific term of engagement with Qudoo from time to time.
You shall not post any material or comment on any media available for public access that, in our sole discretion, is defamatory or detrimental to our business interests, notwithstanding the fact that such media is not owned or controlled by us. In addition to any other action that we may take pursuant to the provision hereof, we reserve the right to remove any and all material or comments posted by you and restrict your access to any media available for public access that is either controlled or moderated by us when in our sole opinion, any such material or comments posted by you is defamatory or detrimental to our business interests.
You shall be responsible for protecting your privacy on the Platform, so you must not share any of your personal information, including your phone number, PAN, Aadhaar number, email address, password, address, etc, with any other user on the Platform.
You shall not offer any Qudoo employee any bribe, gifts, services, compensation, or any other favor that might influence or might appear to influence the employee in performing his/her duties at Qudoo. Qudoo's employees shall not solicit any bribe, gifts, or services from you. Offering Qudoo employees any cash, cash equivalents, gifts, gift cards, services, or favors is strictly prohibited.
In the event that no bank account has been registered by the user with his/her user account with Qudoo, or the user has not verified his/her account with Qudoo to Qudoo’s satisfaction and in accordance with these Terms, Qudoomay send a notification to the user at the user's email address registered with Qudoo. In the event that the user fails to register a bank account with his/her user account even after the notification and/or fails to get his/her user account KYC-verified, Qudoo will have the right to confiscate all the Qoins available in the user's account. Failure to provide Qudoo with a valid bank account, UPI ID, or any other valid transfer details, to Qudoo's satisfaction, may result in the forfeiture of any and all amounts available in the user's account with Qudoo.
You agree that once you confirm a transaction on Qudoo, you will be bound by and make payment for that transaction.
You acknowledge that subject to the time taken by the bank for processing payments and such other external dependencies that Qudoo has on third parties, any transactions made on the Platform may take up to 72 hours to be processed. Any amount paid into or transferred to the user's account may take up to 72 hours to get added to the user's account balance.
You agree not to make any complaint or claim against Qudoo in respect of any delay, including any delay resulting in a lost opportunity to join any contest(s), in crediting a transaction amount to any of your accounts.
A transaction, once confirmed, is final and no cancellation is permitted.
Qudoo may, in certain exceptional circumstances and at its sole and absolute discretion, refund the transferred amount to the user after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. At the time of a transaction, the user may also be required to take note of certain additional terms and conditions, and such additional terms and conditions will also govern the transaction. To the extent that the additional terms and conditions contain any clause that is conflicting with these Terms, the additional terms and conditions will prevail.
If we have evidence, through our investigations or reasonable belief, of a breach of our Terms by you and/or that your continued access to our Platform is detrimental to the interests of Qudoo or our users, or the general public, then we reserve the right to take one or all of the actions below at our own discretion:
The action taken by us will be solely due to your breach of our Terms; the action shall be final and decisive and shall be binding on you. Any action taken by us will be without any prejudice to our other rights and remedies that are mentioned and available in law or equity.
When you register with Qudoo, you will receive notifications regarding special offers, updates, account activities, etc. through SMSes, emails, and direct mail. Some of Qudoo's promotions require users to be KYC-verified to receive their benefits. If any aspect of your contact information or KYC (ID, address, email address, or mobile number) is not approved or verified, you may not receive the benefits of such promotions, including promotional amounts and prizes. Check out the specific terms and conditions of our promotions before participating in them.
The terms, as well as additional terms and conditions, may differ from offer to offer in accordance with the respective bonus plans. Any Bonus offer may not be claimed in conjunction with any other bonus offers offered by Qudoo at the time. Once you activate a bonus code, any bonus codes and offers being utilized by you previously will become invalid and inactive automatically and you will stop receiving their benefits. You will receive the benefit of only the active bonus code.
You may cease to use our Services or our Platform and terminate your account by writing to us with a clear explanation of your intention. After evaluating your case, Qudoo will, at its own discretion, terminate your account. However, Qudoo is not liable to refund any amount that you paid while recharging your wallet or making any other purchase on the app if you decide to terminate your account. Once the payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. Therefore, users are advised to consider their options carefully before making any purchases on the app.
Please note that any account actions, including, but not limited to, transacting, depositing, orredeeming Qoins, that takes place in your account after you email your request for terminating your account shall be deemed as actions performed solely by you and Qudoo shall not be responsible for such actions. For sake of clarity, on the deletion of your account, Your KYC details and other transaction data shall be stored for the purposes of ensuring due compliance with the applicable laws or industry standards.
Users must conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while using the app. Any inappropriate behavior or misuse of the app will not be tolerated, and may result in the termination of the user's account.
It is important to note that In case of any issues or concerns, users can reach out to the customer support team of Qudoofor assistance. However, Qudoo reserves the right to terminate a user's account at any time if they violate the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
If an account has been inactive for over 365 days and hasunused Qoins balance, Qudoo may send in-app notifications to remind users to come live and play knowledge battles on the app. If you do not activate your account within the stipulated time period, your Qoins balance shall be forfeited to Qudoo. The forfeited amount may be used to support the development of the app or for any other purposes as deemed fit by Qudoo. Accounts found in breach of our Terms shall receive no reminders, and the unused Qoins in such accounts shall be forfeited.Qudoo reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By using the Qudoo app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please note that these terms and conditions may be subject to change, and it is advisable to review them periodically.
In accordance to the extent that is permitted by law, and in the humble consideration for allowing you to access or use the Services, you hereby agree with full knowledge to indemnify, defend and save us and hold us harmless to the complete extent of all awards and benefits, disbursements, litigation cost, and reasonable fee of the attorney that we may have to incur or suffer in connection therewith including any sort of direct or indirect or consequential losses that may refer to any loss of profit and reputation that can arise from any claims, suits, taxes, actions, cause of actions, damages, penalties, injuries, expenses, demands, interest and/or awards imposed, brought or asserted against us by any person who has a connection with:

The Company (including but not limited to its subsidiaries/affiliates) may, based on any form of access to the App or Services or Website or registrations through any source whatsoever, contact the user through SMS, email, and call, to give information about their offerings and products as well as notifications on various important updates and/or to seek permission for demonstration of its products.
The user hereby expressly grants such permission to contact him/her through telephone, SMS, or e-mail and holds the Company (including but not limited to its subsidiaries/affiliates) indemnified against any liabilities including financial penalties, damages, expenses in case the user's mobile number is registered with Do not Call (DNC) database. By registering yourself, you agree to make your contact details available to our employees, associates, subsidiaries, affiliates, and partners so that you may be contacted for education information, offerings, and promotions through telephone, SMS, email, etc. To revoke this consent, please contact us at help@qudoo.live, and allow us 15 days to process your request.

We do not cancel registrations once entered, however, in case of exceptional circumstances wherein the fault may lie with the payment gateway or from our side, we may cancel your transaction on request and refund the amount (if any) to you within a reasonable amount of time.

d) You will be eligible for a refund only if you inform us within 48 hours of your subscription.
e) All refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 14 (Fourteen) business days of receiving the cancellation request and the mode of refund would be the same through which the original transaction was done.
In the event that there is an error in the Services provided by us, we may refund the transaction Amount, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after an investigation by us. In case we discover any error (including by way of an intimation by a user or third party), including any error in the determination of winners or the transfer of amounts to a User's account, we reserve the right (exercisable at our sole discretion) to rectify the error in such manner as we, in our sole discretion, deem fit, including through set-off of the erroneous payment from amounts due to the User or deduction from the User's account of the amount of erroneous payment. In case of the exercise of remedies in accordance with this clause, we agree to notify the User of the error and of the exercise of the remedy(ies) to rectify the same.
Users must use any Qoins available in their Account within 365 days. We shall have the right to directly forfeit any such unused Qoins after 365 (three hundred and sixty-five) days. The idleQoins balance lying in your account may be withdrawn only in exceptional circumstances, determined on a case-to-case basis at the sole discretion of Qudoo.
Currently, it is legal to play games of knowledge & skills for cash or other rewards as per the extant laws in India. However, the state laws of Karnataka, Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, and Telangana do not permit playing online games for real money due to the local state laws. Therefore, the partners do not allow players residing in or logging in from the aforementioned states to play cash games/ tournaments/ contests on their Platform. Accordingly, players residing in the above states shall receive limited services from/on the Partner's Platform.

the quality of any products, services, information, or other material that Users purchase or obtain through the Qudoo mobile app, websites, or services or any part thereof will meet Users' expectations or requirements.
To the extent permitted under law, neither we nor our parent/holding company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, or employees shall be responsible for the deletion, the failure to store, the misdelivery, or the untimely delivery of any information or material on the Qudoomobile app or website.
Qudoo shall not be responsible for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material, the quality of servers, products, services, or websites / mobile apps, cancellation of the competition, and prizes hosted, offered, or provided by Qudoo.
Qudoo disclaims any responsibility for, and if a User pays for access to one of Qudoo's services, the User will not be entitled to a refund as a result of, any inaccessibility that is caused by Qudoo's maintenance on the servers or the technology that underlies our sites, failures of Qudoo's service providers (including telecommunications, hosting, and power providers), computer viruses, natural disasters or other destruction or damage of our facilities, acts of nature, war, civil disturbance, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. We also expressly disclaim all kinds of warranties, expressed or implied, related to the fitness and merchantability for a particular purpose, non-infringement of third parties, freedom from computer viruses, etc.
